I've gained weight just fine... I went all the way down to 161 with morning sickness, now I'm about 175. I worry about not eating enough, but the weight gain shows I'm doing just fine (I knew I wouldn't keep it that low.
The doc's office will show about a 7 pound weight gain when I go in, I think.
We got to go to a 66ers game last night... I seriously went for the food. Dodger dog, soda, peanuts and cotton candy. The game was stupid, we only got one man on base or something.
I need to go again soon, though... love baseball games.
My belly has been getting itchy, lol... I put lotion on it several times a day, working just fine. My belly got really big fast over the last week or so. I still look more fat then pregnant, *sigh* everyone else has cute round bellies... darn my German side, I guess.
I had a family friend tell me she can't believe I'm not having twins, I'm so big.Yeah, way to go for someone who has some underlying body issues that she is too big for her size (grrr) She is known for some verbal diarrhea, but I was not in the mood that day, hungry with no chance to eat soon... ugh. Thankfully she has been the only one so far. But now I'm going around in a defensive mind, because my stomach isn't that round.
I am really stuck in an awkward place between maternity clothes and regular. maternity are more comfortable on my belly (otherwise the waistband squishes me) but my hips are even more useless. They don't help with normal pants (either using belly band or a hair elastic around the pants button) or keeping up maternity pants (more comfortable, but I don't have enough hip to hold them up.)
Ugh. I can't wear skirts and dresses everywhere, but they are my lifesaver. Least it's warm enough now.
I have been avoiding and avoiding certain things. I am now starting on the back bedroom. Starting with the yarn and material (have to go through that huge pile) and finding a new home. Cleaning out kitchen drawers too, because we have stuff in the hallway that *could* go there.

I think you're going to have a girl. I have a theory that round basketball bellies= boys, more 'spread out' bellies=girls. I don't think my theory is totally on point, but it's a theory non-the-less. I think you're hott and you can wear dresses everywhere if you want to!
